Our Quality Policy

Hurricane Guitars and Repairs LLC strives to provide the best quality products and services.

Hurricane Guitars and Repairs LLC is taking a different approach to everything we do. Our Quality Management System is based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. 

A QMS (Quality Management System) is a systematic approach from the front end of the company to the back end. Most times people see “QC ed” or a QC sticker, but without a QMS in place the chances of a nonconforming product slipping past is greatly increased.  

QC is just a small part of a complete QMS, and simply checking a product that is going out the door is just a small part of QC (Quality Control). QC also involves checking incoming parts and services from suppliers, and insuring what is received is exactly what was ordered and conforms to the companies specifications. QC Insures that processes and procedures are followed so that non-conformance's do not happen during the manufacturing process. QC is the checks and balances of the manufacturing processes.

QA (Quality Assurance) is the part of the organization that monitors the QC data and KPI’s (Key Process Indicators). With this data, QA makes Quality improvements to processes and products and validates the effectiveness of the changes and improvements.

QA/QC is a big part of Hurricane Guitars and Repairs LLC’s QMS.

Hurricane Guitars and Repairs LLC strive to follow industry standards such as IPC-A-610 - Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies and RoHS compliance.  

The CEO of Hurricane Guitars and Repairs LLC is Certified as a ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 9th edition Quality Engineer. Experienced with ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Safety standards. Well versed in API 5B, API 5CT, SEG, RoHS, IPC-610, TUV and DMAIC spcifications.
